Welcome to BookMyPlay. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of our sports facilities. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

• ▪You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
• ▪You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• ▪You agree to provide accurate and current information during the booking process.

• ▪By making a booking, you are confirming your reservation for the selected time slot.
• ▪Bookings can be paid online by card through our trusted third-party payment processor, or in cash directly to the ground owner at the venue, where the owner permits this option.
• ▪A separate service fee, in addition to the slot amount, applies to every booking. The fee and the total payable are itemised and shown to you at checkout before you confirm the booking. Please refer to the Service Fee section below for full details.
• ▪We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking for any reason, including but not limited to facility availability or suspected fraudulent activity.

BookMyPlay charges a service fee on every booking made through the platform, in addition to the slot amount set by the ground owner. The fee compensates BookMyPlay for operating the platform and the booking, payment, and support services it provides.

• ▪The service fee is currently 5% of the slot amount. BookMyPlay may revise this rate from time to time; the rate displayed at checkout at the moment you confirm a booking is the rate that applies to that booking.
• ▪The service fee is shown to you as a separate line item at checkout, alongside the slot amount and the total payable, before you confirm the booking.
• ▪For card payments, BookMyPlay collects the full amount (slot amount plus service fee) from you, retains the service fee, and remits the slot amount to the ground owner within the next 2 business days.
• ▪For cash bookings, you pay the full amount (slot amount plus service fee) directly to the ground owner at the venue. The ground owner collects the service fee on behalf of BookMyPlay, and BookMyPlay will issue a monthly invoice to the ground owner for the service fees collected during that period.

• ▪You agree to use the sports facilities in a safe and responsible manner.
• ▪You are responsible for any damage to the facilities caused by your use.
• ▪We reserve the right to terminate your use of the facilities if you fail to comply with our rules and regulations.

• ▪Our Refund Policy governs the process for refunds. Please refer to the Refund Policy page for detailed information.
• ▪Refund decisions on the slot amount are entirely at the discretion of the BookMyPlay ground owner or an authorized person. They will decide whether to issue a full, partial, or no refund based on their assessment of the situation.
• ▪The BookMyPlay service fee is non-refundable in all cases and will not be returned even where the slot amount is refunded in full or in part. See the Service Fee section above for details.

• ▪All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of BookMyPlay or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• ▪You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content on our website without our prior written consent.

• ▪To the extent permitted by law, BookMyPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or facilities.
• ▪Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking in question.

• ▪These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
• ▪Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.

• ▪We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• ▪Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
